What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on most orders of $199 or more, sent by UPS Ground, and shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. UPS Ground orders may take 1-5 days depending on the delivery address. Orders under $199 are shipped by courier, i.e. UPS, FedEx, or USPS, in the contiguous United States are charged $12.99. Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii orders are shipped at an additional charge.

All shipments in excess of 70 lbs. are shipped via freight line, i.e. delivery truck. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to unload all merchandise from the rear of the delivery truck. If lift-gate service is needed to lower merchandise to the ground, there is an additional charge.

Will I need to pay sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is applied based on the state from which you're purchasing.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can checkout without creating an account. However, if you choose to create an account, the next time you shop with us, you won't have to enter your name and address information again, which will save you time. We do not store credit card information for security reasons, and never rent, sell, or distribute any customer information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

What is your privacy policy?

We never rent, sell, or swap customer names or information with industry partners or third-party entities. You will never receive marketing correspondence from anyone as a result of purchasing goods and/or services from International Tool.
